Sleep is Medicine

At PreKure we believe sleeping is good for you. We believe that regular good quality sleep increases your quantity and quality of life.

Sleeping has both deep sleep and rem (dream) sleep. Both are critical for mental and physical health, and are critical in learning, memory and problem-solving.

Going to sleep when it is dark and being awake when it is light is the natural rhythm which suits humans the best.
